So First of all we find the acceleration of the System of Block and turns out

Hence basically these blocks won’t ever stop until they hit a surface

Now when we allow the system to go, after a few moments we will see that The first block hits the Grassy Ground and hence stops and the other block by now has gained some velocity hence wouldn’t stop exactly at the instant the other block stops, we can say it will perform some “extra motion” so this instant would be as shown by Figure 2 here :
Now We can find the Velocity of The Second Block using Conservation of Energy and Then We can Apply Conservation of Energy on The second Block’s “Extra Motion” to find what Height It Goes !
